Keeping the culture of the food and drink of the Rhön alive is an important and special concern to us. This is why our kitchen is certified with 3 Silberdiesteln by the Dachmarke Rhön. Furthermore are we a member of Slow-Food that is why we put special importance in the freshness and sustainablility of the products we process. That is why we aquire mostly quality products from regional production. And we take our tasty drinking water from an in-house source of a basalt rock well. Our philosophy: as pure and unaltered as possible.
